We met at a first Friday in Kansas City where I was selling prints, and she agreed to model for me. She would like to model for extra money if anyone needs a great model.
These are along the Missouri river in Kansas City.
I like to put my subjects off center to draw the eye.
We were going for an 80’s look in wardrobe.
With a hint of noir.
Cigarettes look sexy, But they’re not!
Lady in red.
Totally eighties right?
And then we went for a different look. I wanted to do a #resistance 1939 Spain.
She looks like Elizabeth Taylor.
In nature it’s fun to go natural.
Where to start? On this game trail.
It was nice enough outdoors for lunch and tea. Using just a quart of water for cooking and drinking gives one an appreciation for its value.
I believe the leaf will inherit the earth and rule in an oppressive way over man.
But, not any time soon of course.
A hybrid oak mite rub. The bigger the tree the bigger the oak mite.
My trail name is Ben. You won’t find hippie existentialism here.
Finding a feather is more fun than soul searching.
Your strongest beliefs are still just rubbish. Look another leaf! Leaves don’t care.
Gathering their strength for the coming storm.
A stump is the beginning.
Ooops hippie jargon, sorry.
Lets look at the deer and be quiet.
They are curious creatures.
A protective mom maybe?
She shooed off the fawn.
The girls all came out.
The road out and to somewhere else less pleasant.
Brought to you by the letter i and the number 45.
Went to a barefoot liberation party
Went for a walk with my mom and brother
Others were out too!
America locks children in glass cages on sunny days!
I hope people like this filter
A stunning model tries on the latest winter fashion.
It looks heavy.
My mom and Dennis plotting. Plotting what though?
Some jerk kid. Her mom is arranging a glass box prison scare.
Leaving the beautiful strangers outside.
I needed a coffee. My own story is boring, but who are these people?
And, then I was playing yoga in the woods.
And, giving my totem some nature energy with puffball spore effects.
Bating the wild animals.
Ooooh a feather!
It’s a nice evening in the woods.
I need a model for these rocks.
I don’t think I’ll see the moon!
Because, the clouds!
SUPER MOON!!!! Not the best picture.
Driving out to James A. Reed.
My favorite spot is Bluestem Lake.
It’s not a very colorful lake.
Who are these people?
Oh this looks neat.
Lets go over here.
How a gnome sees things.
Shit! They’re coming back!
They didn’t get me.
Clover in December. It’s green
Donald Trump chem trails. The new GOP strategy for covert persuasion of voters.
I need a beer out
Did I really die after being exposed to a chemical agent from that chem trail?
Because, this feels like Jacob’s Ladder
Going into Kansas City to see the Kansas point of view
and to chaperone the mom and aunt
and to enjoy the unveiling of Marinovich Way
There she is, Mayor Carol Marinovich
This fellow was cooking for the people
That looks like some delicious beef
That’s Mayor Mark Holland fixing up some tacos
But it’s Kansas City so we went for some bbq
It’s a step back in time
On the way home we enjoy the night’s view
A unique landmark
oh snap it’s my sister on this last stop
I get distracted by cobwebs
Finally back home to play with Hangis
First there were cool beans. And then I found this cool muskrat skull. The vines grew through the eye sockets and left it looking up at me.
I liked these mushrooms and saw them in black and white.I liked these leaves, even though their thorns slowed me down.
It gets dark so early!I often race the darkness back to my car and get delayed by the sunset.
The moon and the sun can almost be seen in the same moment.
I use the roof of my Jeep to set my camera up for a ten second exposure.
That’s it. Too dark.
Panda walk away
